How I work


If you choose to work with me, the first step is to meet. We’ll discuss your situation, and I will provide feedback. We can’t achieve much in one session, so I’ll work with you for a minimum of six to eight weeks. Once we have built a relationship, I can be on call via the phone or face-to-face. You will find me to be understanding, approachable and — because I’m not a lawyer — affordable.


Coaching is about guiding you towards finding the answers. I help in areas such as
